Motorsports Camp | SUMMER 2026
During the camp, drivers will spend each morning on track at Kartplex in structured karting sessions designed to build confidence and skill behind the wheel.
Through guided drills and coached laps, participants work on braking, cornering lines, throttle control, race starts, and overtaking, with instruction tailored to both beginner and advanced drivers. Small group sizes allow for focused coaching and personalized feedback throughout each session.
Off track, drivers will learn how to think like a racer by developing an understanding of racecraft, track conditions, and performance analysis. For those choosing the fully immersive option, afternoons include additional activities and time on the UNISUS School campus, creating a well rounded camp experience that balances high level motorsports training with fun and connection.
Program Highlights:
Advanced Camp (Ages 12+): July 6–10
Beginner / Entry-Level Camp: July 12–16
- Location: Kartplex, Oliver BC Canada
- Ages: Under 12 and 12+ (camp placement to be determined by experience)
- Who: Boys and girls
- Details:
- 5 full days of karting training
- Morning on-track sessions from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
- All camps use Kartplex rental karts
- Helmet included (approved personal helmets permitted with prior confirmation)
- Short registration questionnaire used to ensure appropriate group placement
What to Expect:
- Small group training with limited capacity per camp
- Structured on-track sessions focused on skill development and progression
- Beginner drivers develop fundamentals such as braking, cornering lines, throttle control, and kart handling
- Advanced drivers focus on racecraft, consistency, pace management, and decision making
- Hands-on coaching with personalized feedback throughout each session
- Introduction to race mindset, track awareness, and performance improvement
Camp Options:
Fully Immersive Summer Camp Experience:
- Overnight stay at UNISUS School
- Daily bus transportation to and from Kartplex
- Morning karting sessions

- Meals, lodging, and transportation included
Kartplex-Only Camp:
- Morning karting sessions at Kartplex (9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
- Bus pickup and drop-off available in Penticton, or parent drop-off and pickup at Kartplex
