Administrative Assistant

Description

Assist and support the operational requirements for the daily school operation and additional programs. You are a key member in our school and the community to promote the mission and vision of Unisus and assists in the office, administrative, and communication needs of the school.

Requirements

Previous office and/or school experience. Good organizational and computer skills.

Must be professional with good people skills.


Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate and collaborate with parents, students and administration to support student learning

  2. Be an active and positive participant in school life including co-curricular activities

  3. Be an active participant in recruitment events

Qualifications:

  1. An ability to connect with and inspire students.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Legally entitled to work in Canada.
